Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification; MBA or other advanced degree preferred.
• Experience in developing and fostering customer relationships, especially with Financial Institutions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; able to frame opportunities from a customer perspective.
• Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills; solid project management credentials.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively, influencing and building consensus.
• Willing to travel to/work on client site for the majority of time.

Responsibilities

• Own business development and account ownership for Mastercard Services within the Financial Institution segment.
• Lead pitches from storyboarding to face-to-face presentations tailored to the audience.
• Coordinate with Marketing, Solutions, Delivery and Product teams to ensure value delivery to clients.
• Manage deal workflows in Salesforce to ensure closing and revenue recognition.
