U.S. Bank seeks a Senior Solutions Consultant to partner with sales teams and drive the design, sale, and implementation of complex financial technology products and integrated solutions.

You will serve as the technical lead across the sales cycle, translating technical concepts into business value and guiding customers through architecture, integrations, and best practices. The role offers exposure to senior leadership and cross-functional teams within a major bank.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
• Typically 10+ years of experience in technical sales or related client-facing roles.
• Strong understanding of financial products, technology solutions, and integrations.

Responsibilities

• Partner with sales teams to identify, develop, and close opportunities involving complex products and solutions.
• Serve as the primary technical resource throughout the sales process, articulating value to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Conduct customer discovery sessions and pre-sales consultations with clients.
• Design, develop, and deliver customized proposals, demonstrations, and solution recommendations.
• Translate complex concepts into business value and practical solutions for customers.
• Address objections and concerns throughout the sales and implementation lifecycle.
• Consult with clients on architecture, integrations, strategies, and best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assemble comprehensive customer solutions.
• Support proposal development, pricing strategies, and business-case creation.
• Provide implementation guidance and post-sale support to enable onboarding.
• Deliver product education and training to sales teams and partners.
• Maintain knowledge of products, technologies, and industry trends.
