Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.
• Typically 10+ years of experience in technical sales, solutions consulting, solution architecture, payments, fintech, or related client-facing roles.
• Experience with complex financial products, technologies, integrations, and business processes.

Responsibilities

• Partner with sales teams to identify, develop, and close opportunities involving complex products, services, and integrated solutions.
• Serve as the primary technical resource throughout the sales process, articulating value and functionality to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Conduct customer discovery sessions, pre-sales consultations, and technical discussions with prospective and existing clients.
• Design, develop, and deliver customized client proposals, demonstrations, presentations, and solution recommendations.
• Translate complex technical concepts into clear business value and practical solutions for customers.
• Address technical objections, questions, and concerns throughout the sales and implementation lifecycle.
• Consult with clients on solution architecture, integrations, strategies, and best practices to support business objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assemble comprehensive customer solutions and ensure successful implementation.
• Support proposal development, pricing strategies, and business-case creation.
• Provide implementation guidance and post-sale support to facilitate successful onboarding and adoption.
• Deliver product education and technical training to sales teams and business partners.
• Maintain current knowledge of products, technologies, industry trends, competitive offerings, and emerging capabilities.
• Help identify opportunities to improve existing solutions and develop new approaches to address evolving customer needs.
• Build strong relationships with customers, sales teams, product leaders, technology teams, and senior executives.
