MVB Bank, Inc. is seeking a Sr. Manager, Fintech Pricing Strategy & Economics to lead profitability strategy for the Fintech division.

You will develop models, pricing structures, fees, deposits, earnings credits, and contract terms, partnering with senior leaders in Finance, Business Development, and Operations to align pricing with strategic goals. This role sits in Finance, not people management, but you will guide supporting staff and interact with external partners and sponsor banks.

Formación

• Undergraduate degree in finance, accounting, economics, business or related field.
• 7+ years of relevant experience, including banking/fintech.
• Ability to build advanced Excel models and forecasts.
• Knowledge of pricing, deposits, earnings credit, and NIM drivers.
• Experience with BaaS and payments business models.

Responsabilidades

• Own Fintech profitability strategy, including methodology, thresholds and returns.
• Develop and maintain financial models and client profitability projections.
• Prepare pricing for new Fintech clients including fees, deposits and terms.
• Lead Finance reviews and present recommendations to Fintech Oversight Committee.
• Collaborate with Finance, Business Development and Sponsor banks on pricing.
• Analyze unit economics and partner performance; support data requirements.
