Job summary

Basikon is seeking a Presales Engineer to turn complex fintech technology into clear business value. You will own demos, POCs, and RFP responses, sitting at the intersection of Sales, Product, and Marketing.

This remote-first role involves collaborating across time zones to accelerate revenue. You will work with international clients, shaping solution stories for advanced fintech platforms used by banks and lenders.

Qualifications

• Proven RFIs/RFPs ownership in banking, lending, leasing, or financial workflows.
• 5+ years in presales / sales engineering / solution consulting for B2B SaaS.
• Strong demo craft: discovery-led storytelling and configuration skills.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end demo experience: discovery-led storytelling, configuration, and delivery.
• Lead or support POCs with defined success criteria, scope, and timelines.
• Craft solution narratives for business and IT stakeholders.
• Own RFIs/RFPs: intake, planning, Q&A, drafting, reviews, final submission.
• Build and improve RFP knowledge base and bid processes.
• Share best practices across Sales, Product, and Marketing.
