Placements24 is seeking a Senior Manager for Business Development and Partnerships to identify and secure strategic fintech alliances, driving revenue growth and shaping market strategy.

You will lead negotiations, build durable relationships with industry players, and collaborate with sales, marketing, product and legal. Occasional travel required; 8+ years' experience and MBA preferred.

Competenze

• 8+ years in business development or partnerships, fintech preferred.
• Proven ability to negotiate and close complex deals.
• Strong fintech landscape knowledge and stakeholder management.
• Bachelor's degree; MBA preferred.
• Willingness to travel occasionally.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

• Identify and evaluate new fintech partnerships.
• Develop and execute growth strategies for revenue expansion.
• Lead negotiations for partnership agreements.
