Visa is seeking a Director of Business Development for U.S. Fintech Partnerships to win and grow high-value fintech relationships. You will identify opportunities, build senior client relationships, structure and negotiate complex agreements, and lead deals from engagement through launch.

This enterprise role emphasizes net-new business development, a strong pipeline, and strategic growth with select fintech clients across issuing, money movement, processing and risk capabilities.

Qualifications

• Direct sales and partnerships experience with senior external stakeholders.
• Proven ownership of deals from prospecting through contracting and close.
• Understanding of cards, payments or fintech ecosystems is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Win net-new fintech business by identifying, developing and closing high-value partnerships across the U.S. fintech ecosystem.
• Own the end-to-end sales cycle: prospecting, qualification, solutioning, negotiations, contracting and implementation.
• Build and manage a robust pipeline, prioritizing by revenue potential and strategic importance.
• Carry and deliver against a significant revenue target with new client wins and competitive conversions.
• Develop forward-looking views of emerging fintech segments and build relationships with promising companies.
• Manage relationships with large, strategic fintech clients and expand Visa's role over time.
• Serve as a trusted partner to fintech executives, aligning client needs with Visa capabilities.
• Lead complex multi-stakeholder deals across legal, finance, product, risk and compliance.
