Job summary

FactSet is seeking an Implementation Specialist to deploy our analytics products for clients, ensuring data integration, report building, and user training. You will manage project-based deployments and mentor junior team members as needed.

In this role you’ll translate client needs into actionable solutions, provide product guidance, and collaborate with Product Development and Engineering to enhance the analytics suite. Hybrid work in Norwalk, CT.

Qualifications

• Experience with FactSet Analytics tools.
• Strong technical background.
• Proven proficiency in writing complex screening codes.
• Understanding of how clients use FactSet Analytics and Performance Solutions products.

Responsibilities

• Produce client-facing communication in coordination with the implementation project manager.
• Build and manage implementation scope and effort estimates.
• Provide product guidance on solutioning processes based on client needs.
• Create user workflow specifications and report specifications.
• Develop understanding of the Analytics suite technical aspects.
• Implement new and enhance existing deployments to improve user experience.
• Collaborate with Product Development and Engineering to enhance FactSet products.
• Provide user training and support the development of training programs.
• Manage the transition from implementation to support.
