Truelogic seeks a Senior Collections Specialist to safeguard company capital and maintain strong client relationships across a past-due portfolio. You will evaluate financial hardship, negotiate structured workout plans, and drive loss mitigation while ensuring compliance with regulations.

This fully remote role operates during U.S. business hours from LATAM, and requires sharp analytical judgment and solid commercial finance background.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of collections experience handling high-balance accounts.
• Experience in fintech or B2B financial services.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of high-balance delinquent commercial accounts.
• Assess cash flow to structure repayment plans.
• Negotiate settlements within authority limits.
• Serve as escalation point for high-risk cases.
• Conduct due diligence and risk evaluations to minimize losses.
• Track portfolio performance and report trends to management.
• Ensure compliance with FDCPA and applicable regulations.
• Collaborate with Legal, Finance, and Sales to resolve root causes.
• Mentor junior team members in negotiation and dispute resolution.
