Upgrade is a fintech company focused on affordable and responsible credit. We’re seeking a Senior Collections Strategy Analyst to own analytics and strategy across post-charge-off and pre-charge-off recovery operations in San Francisco.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years in analytics or strategy in collections or fintech.
• Experience with collections operations like dialer strategy and DSC/settlement.
• Advanced SQL skills; can query large datasets independently.
• Experience building dashboards in Tableau; proficient in Excel/Sheets.
• Strong test-and-learn design for optimization.
• Excellent communication to senior stakeholders.
• BA/BS in quantitative field or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Build holistic analytics framework for recovery program.
• Design and test dialer strategy and cadence.
• Lead test-and-learn experiments to optimize strategy.
• Prepare quarterly reviews for third-party agencies.
• Develop digital communications strategy across email, SMS, AI voice.
• Analyze settlement performance with DSCs; monitor trends.
• Evaluate hardship program design and impact.
• Conduct ad hoc portfolio analytics for leadership.
• Collaborate with Risk, Compliance, Legal, Ops, Product.
• Communicate findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
