Job summary

Upgrade seeks a Senior Collections Strategy Analyst to own analytics and strategy across post-charge-off and pre-charge-off recovery operations. You will build reporting, testing frameworks, and partnerships with vendors to optimize performance and ensure borrower fairness.

Responsibilities include dialer strategy, QA testing, quarterly reviews with agencies, and shaping digital communications while ensuring compliance. Collaboration with Risk, Legal, Operations and Product is essential.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years in analytics/strategy within finance/fintech.
• Experience with collections operations (dialer, agencies, DSC/settlements).
• Strong SQL skills and ability to query large datasets.

Responsibilities

• Build an analytics framework for recovery programs across channels.
• Design dialer strategies and test/learn experiments.
• Create QBR decks to monitor agency performance.
• Oversee digital communications strategy across email/SMS/voice.
• Analyze settlement performance with DSCs; assess hardship programs.
