Job summary

Ericsson Inc. is seeking a Senior Business Development Manager to drive new business growth across the Mobile Financial Services portfolio in North America.

This hybrid role requires onsite presence a few days weekly and focuses on creating opportunities, opening new accounts, and closing complex, high-value deals. The role reports to the MFS Head of Market Development – Americas and requires 8–12 years in enterprise sales within fintech, with a strong track record closing large opportunities

Qualifications

• 8–12 years of enterprise sales in Mobile Financial Services, fintech, or payments.
• Experience selling to financial institutions and building executive networks.
• Proven track record closing complex, high-value deals.
• Ability to travel ~50% of the time.
• Ability to translate technical solutions into business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Generate net-new business across target markets in USA and key segments.
• Drive consultative selling by understanding customer needs and shaping value propositions.
• Build and manage a self-sourced pipeline and lead end-to-end sales cycles.
• Close multi-million-dollar platform or services led engagements.
• Collaborate with product, pre-sales, delivery, legal, and finance to win deals.
