HedgeServ Corporation is looking for a Senior Application Support Engineer to provide expert support for workflows across front, middle, and back-office teams either in Dallas, TX or Raleigh, NC. This role involves managing critical incidents, supporting enterprise applications, and analyzing recurring issues for improvement.

The ideal candidate will have at least a Bachelor's degree and extensive experience in App Support within FinTech environments, particularly with AWS, FIX Protocol, and multi-asset class order management systems.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of App Support experience in FinTech.
• Minimum 5 years of experience supporting applications running in AWS and Kubernetes.
• Strong proficiency with Linux, shell scripting, SQL, Python.

Responsabilités

• Incident manager during critical production events.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve issues across FIX sessions.
• Support application running in an AWS cloud environment.
