Talener is assisting a prestigious global investment firm in Greenwich, CT to hire an Application Support Engineer. This hybrid role requires onsite 2 days per week and remote 3 days per week, supporting multiple software applications across the business.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in application/production support or SRE, strong SQL and Python skills, AWS and Linux experience, and solid log analysis abilities. Excellent communication and cross-team collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional experience in application/production support or SRE.
• Hands-on experience with SQL and Python.
• Experience with AWS and Linux.
• Experience with log investigation and root-cause analysis.
• Strong communication and ability to support users via phone, email, and in-person.

Responsibilities
