Job summary

You will work with partners and clients to prevent incidents, resolve issues, and support audits while contributing to disaster recovery efforts.

The role emphasizes collaboration, strong troubleshooting, and scripting skills, with a minimum of 4 years of related experience and a preferred Bachelor's degree.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of related experience.
• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• Knowledge on application support and logs analysis.
• Experience with monitoring and data tools is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Analysis of Applications Systems to prevent incidents.
• Expand knowledge base of runbooks for supported apps.
• Collaborate within the team to resolve alerts and escalations.
• Support audits by providing requested documentation.
• Execute Disaster Recovery steps during outages and collect BCM evidence.
• Ensure automation yields expected results within thresholds.
• Monitor dashboards for visibility into potential issues and outages.
• Evaluate proposed app design for gaps with business requirements.
• Renewals and service account password changes; handle minor enhancements.
• Align risk and control processes with day-to-day responsibilities.
