Apex Fintech Solutions LLC in Dallas, TX, seeks a skilled Application Support Engineer to join our production support team. You will be the primary escalation point for production issues, collaborating with engineering to resolve complex problems and leveraging AI tooling to reduce repetitive work.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in application support, strong networking, OS and database knowledge, and experience with REST APIs and cloud tech.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• 3+ years of experience in application support, preferably in a financial services or trading environment.
• 2+ years in a customer-facing role.
• Strong foundational knowledge of networking, operating systems (Linux and Windows), and databases (MSSQL and/or NoSQL).
• Ability to read and modify application code in a compiled language preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Incident and Escalation Response: serve as the escalation point for frontline support, owning complex production issues end to end.
• Automation and AI Tooling: use AI tooling to accelerate investigation and build reusable automations.
• Collaboration and Knowledge Sharing: collaborate with development teams, mentor engineers, and create runbooks and knowledge base articles.
