HedgeServ Corporation in the United States seeks an Investor Services Administrator to support daily fund operations in a hybrid Dallas, TX or Raleigh, NC setting. You will handle investor transactions, AML/KYC training, and client reporting under supervision, with induction and ongoing development.

Qualificações

• Accounting or finance background required; 1+ year internship or full-time experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to work independently and in a team.
• Knowledge of Hedge Fund structures is a bonus but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Review investor transaction instructions to ensure all information is provided.
• Follow up with investor for clarification as needed.
• Liaise with investors to obtain fully executed instructions.
• Liaise with investors to ensure subscription proceeds are provided timely.
• Ensure AML/KYC documentation is provided by investors.
• Input Investor Transactions on HedgeInvestor® system.
• Prepare investor reports and client reporting; distribute to clients.
• Establish good working relationships with other HedgeServ departments.
