Job summary

Axon is seeking a Technical Program Manager in Seattle to lead cross-functional efforts across engineering, product, and finance, guiding projects from inception to deployment in a cloud-native environment.

You will manage budgets, forecast costs, and optimize spending with AWS and Azure, while maintaining velocity and alignment with our financial strategy. A strong FinOps background and 7+ years in leadership will help you influence teams and deliver impactful results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software/Electrical Engineering, Data Science, or related field.
• 7+ years leading and managing system/software delivery, with at least 2 in a technical program management role.
• Strong experience with Agile SDLC, risk management, dependencies, milestones, and status reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead execution across product management, engineering, and design to build data-driven project plans and schedules.
• Drive process improvements to increase velocity and effectiveness across teams.
• Own dependencies and simplify challenges to drive the right outcomes.
• Track risks, roadmaps, and communicate issues clearly to stakeholders.
• Align priorities with senior leaders and provide timely status updates.
