Job summary

Axon in Seattle (hybrid) is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager focused on FinOps to drive cloud cost optimization and engineering collaboration across multiple teams. You will steer programs from inception through design, development and deployment in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.

The role requires extensive experience with AWS/Azure, cloud cost controls, and financial analytics, plus strong communication skills to influence engineering teams and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead execution across product management, engineering and design to build data-driven project plans and schedules.
• Drive process improvements to enable higher velocity and better decisions.
• Own dependencies and simplify challenges to align teams toward the right outcomes.
• Track major risks, issues and roadmaps; communicate clear status updates to stakeholders.
• Build trust with senior leaders by aligning priorities and providing timely updates.
• Collaborate with engineers, finance and product teams to capture and improve architectural documentation.
