The role offers a hybrid work environment with 2-3 days per week on client or Guidehouse offices, and requires the ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance. Salary ranges between $98,000 and $163,000 plus potential incentives.

Qualifications

• Must obtain and maintain a Federal or DoD PUBLIC TRUST prior to onboarding.
• 3+ years of experience in business analysis, consulting, financial management, process improvement, product management, or project management.
• Experience synthesizing information, leading client meetings, and documenting processes.

Responsibilities

• Assess current-state processes and identify pain points

• Gather and document requirements and user stories
