Qualifications

• Must obtain and maintain a Federal or DoD Public Trust prior to onboarding.
• Three or more years of experience in business analysis, consulting, financial management, process improvement, product management, or project management.
• Ability to synthesize information quickly, learn new skills, view problems, and lead client-facing discussions.
• Experience supporting client meetings and presenting recommendations to senior-level leadership.
• Utilizing project management best practices.
• Working in teams to produce high-impact work products.
• Documenting and evaluating business processes and making recommendations for process improvements.
• Conducting research to investigate client problems and working collaboratively with a team to formulate and recommend solutions.
