Guidehouse is seeking a Finance Transformation professional to optimize federal financial management processes, develop dashboards, and implement Power Platform solutions for defense and national security clients.

The role emphasizes interaction with senior management, cross-functional teamwork, and skills in analytics, data visualization, and process improvement. A public trust clearance and relevant experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field.
• ONE year of experience in business transformation, financial management, data analytics, audit or accounting.
• Experience with low-code/no-code platforms including SharePoint, Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Tableau.

Responsibilities

• Support transformative initiatives by collaborating with team members and stakeholders.
• Assist in implementing Microsoft 365 Power Platform tools and present solutions for feedback.
• Create performance metrics and dashboards using Microsoft Office, Power Platform, SharePoint, Power BI, etc.
• Identify and implement process improvements to financial tools and templates.
• Assist in developing project plans and maintaining timelines.
