Job summary

Guidehouse seeks Financial Management Transformation professionals to help Defense and National Security clients optimize financial management structures by transforming processes, improving efficiency, transparency, and performance management. You will engage with senior management and develop skills in finance, analytics, and AI-enabled solutions.

The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, client service, and people development, with opportunities to work on end-to-end development

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or higher in business, finance, accounting, information systems, engineering, business analytics, or related field.
2+ years of experience in business transformation, financial management, data analytics, audit or accounting.

Responsibilities

Support transformative initiatives by partnering with senior stakeholders to modernize financial processes.
Lead the implementation of Microsoft 365 Power Platform tools (Power Apps) and present solutions for feedback.
Create performance metrics and interactive dashboards using Power Platform, SharePoint, Power BI, and related tools.
Identify and implement process improvements over financial tools and templates; leverage technology for financial management.
Coordinate with stakeholders to complete current-state assessments and recommend future-state solutions.
Assist in creating project plans and ensure realistic timelines are communicated and followed.
