Job summary

Guidehouse is seeking a Manager in the Finance & Accounting Consulting practice to lead DoD finance transformation initiatives in support of War Department clients. The role focuses on modernizing financial operations, building dashboards with Tableau/Power BI, and delivering AI-driven insights while ensuring audit readiness and policy alignment.

You will manage teams, sponsor change management, and engage senior executives, requiring a SECRET clearance and a strong consulting background.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field.
4+ years of experience in financial management consulting or related roles.
Hands-on experience with data analytics, automation, and AI tools applied to financial management use cases.
Strong leadership, communication, and project management capabilities; ability to synthesize complex information and deliver high-impact solutions.
Ability to obtain and maintain a Federal or DoD SECRET clearance.

Responsibilities

Oversee end-to-end delivery of finance transformation initiatives for War Department clients.
Design future-state financial processes to optimize reporting, compliance, and operations.
Drive adoption of analytics and automation tools to deliver dashboards and AI-driven insights.
Engage senior client executives and ensure alignment with federal policies and audit readiness.
Mentor project teams and develop analytics competencies within the practice.
Lead change management to promote adoption of new processes and technologies.
