Qualifikationen

• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Federal or DoD Public Trust; adjudication prior to onboarding.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, accounting, information systems, engineering, business analytics, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in business analysis, consulting, financial management, process improvement, product management, or project management.
• Ability to synthesize information quickly, learn new skills, and lead client-facing discussions.
• Experience supporting client meetings and presenting recommendations to senior leadership.
• Experience with project management best practices.
• Experience working in teams to produce high-impact work products.

Aufgaben

• Assess current-state processes and identify pain points.
• Develop flow charts and process maps.
• Gather and document requirements and user stories.
• Collaborate with developers and client stakeholders.
• Support testing activities and track results.
• Develop SOPs, job aids, and training materials.
• Provide routine progress reporting.
• Facilitate internal meetings and client-facing discussions.
• Support agile ceremonies (e.g., daily standups, retrospectives).
