Qualifications

• Must obtain and maintain a Federal or DoD 'Public Trust' clearance prior to onboarding.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, accounting, information systems, engineering, business analytics, or related field.
• Minimum of 1 year in business transformation, financial management, data analytics, audit or accounting.
• Experience with low-code/no-code platforms including SharePoint, Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate and Tableau.
• Ability to synthesize information quickly, learn new skills, and lead client-facing discussions.

Responsibilities

• Support transformative initiatives by partnering with senior stakeholders to modernize financial processes.
• Assist in implementing Microsoft 365 Power Platform tools and present solutions for feedback.
• Create performance metrics and dashboards using Power Platform, SharePoint, Power BI and Tableau.
• Identify process improvements in financial tools and templates; apply technology for better management.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to complete current-state assessments and plan future-state solutions.
• Help develop end-to-end project plans with realistic timelines and keep them on track.
