New York Life Partner role seeks leaders to recruit, train and develop financial professionals in our field offices. You will actively select and recruit new and experienced professionals, train them on our selling process and product portfolio, and monitor performance to boost productivity and retention.

Applicants should be fully licensed Series 7 and 24 or commit to obtaining them within six months, with a relevant college degree and proven sales leadership experience.

Qualifications

• Track record of success as a 2nd Line Manager or Personal Producer.
• Fully licensed Series 7 and 24 (or able to obtain within 6 months).
• Experience recruiting and developing sales professionals.
