Qualifications

• Proven track record as a 2nd Line Manager or Personal Producer.
• Experience recruiting sales teams via warm markets and cold sources (social media, job boards, events, referrals, vendors).
• Experience with sales training and employee development.
• Fully licensed Series 7 and 24 (or ability to obtain within 6 months in the role).

Responsibilities

• Actively select and recruit new and experienced financial professionals.
• Train and develop both existing and future professionals on selling processes and products.
• Monitor and measure performance to increase productivity, retention and success.
