Job summary

New York Life Partner is seeking qualified leaders to recruit, train and develop financial professionals across field offices to grow revenues and productivity on a year-by-year basis.

Ideal candidates have proven leadership and recruiting experience, with a track record of success in selling financial solutions, and are fully licensed (Series 7 and 24) or able to obtain licenses within six months.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of success as a 2nd Line Manager or Personal Producer.
• Experience recruiting a team of sales professionals using warm markets, social media, job boards, referrals, events and networking.
• Fully licensed Series 7 and 24 (or ability to obtain within 6 months).
• Relevant college degree

Responsibilities

• Actively select and recruit new and experienced financial professionals to the company.
• Train and develop both existing and future financial professionals on selling process and product portfolio.
• Monitor and measure performance to increase productivity, retention and overall success.
