Job summary

New York Life Partner seeks strong leaders to assist field offices in recruiting, selecting, training and developing financial professionals to grow revenues and productivity year over year.

Ideal candidates have a proven track record as a 2nd Line Manager or Personal Producer, plus licensing (Series 7 & 24) or ability to obtain within six months, and experience in recruitment and sales training.

Qualifications

• Must have a track record of success in leadership within the financial services industry.
• Experience recruiting teams using warm markets and various sourcing channels.
• Experience with sales training and employee development.

Responsibilities

• Actively select and recruit new and experienced financial professionals.
• Train and develop both existing and future professionals on our selling process and product portfolio.
• Monitor and measure performance to increase productivity, retention and overall success.
