Job summary

New York Life Partner is seeking experienced leaders to recruit, train and develop financial professionals to grow office revenues and productivity on a year‑by‑year basis. The role requires a proven track record as a 2nd Line Manager or Personal Producer and the ability to recruit via warm markets, cold sources, social media, events and referrals.

Qualified candidates should have a relevant college degree and be fully licensed Series 7 and 24 (or obtain these licenses within six months).

Qualifications

• Proven track record of success in the industry as a 2nd Line Manager or Personal Producer.
• Experience recruiting a team of sales professionals via warm markets, cold sources, social media, job boards, events, referrals and vendors.
• Experience with sales training and employee development.

Responsibilities

• Actively select and recruit new and experienced financial professionals to the company.
• Train and develop both existing and future financial professionals on the selling process and product portfolio.
• Monitor and measure performance to increase productivity, retention, and overall success.
