Job summary

New York Life Partner is seeking leaders to recruit, train, and develop financial professionals across field offices, driving growth in revenues and productivity. The role focuses on selecting new and experienced professionals and guiding them through the company’s selling process and product portfolio.

The ideal candidate has a proven industry track record, licenses or ability to obtain Series 7 and 24, and relevant college education.

Qualifications

• You have a proven track record of success within the industry as a 2nd Line Manager or Personal Producer.
• You have experience recruiting a team of sales professionals using warm markets, cold sources, and social media.
• You have experience with sales training and employee development.
• You are fully licensed Series 7 and 24 (or able to obtain within 6 months).

Responsibilities

• You actively select and recruit new and experienced financial professionals to the company.
• Train and develop both existing and future financial professionals on the selling process and product portfolio.
• Monitor and measure performance to increase productivity, retention and overall success.
