Job summary

N Consulting Limited is seeking a senior Business Analyst to join our remote delivery team. You will leverage extensive BA experience in financial services, and apply AI tools to enhance analysis, documentation, and decision-making across projects.

You'll translate business needs into functional requirements, drive process improvements, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery. Excellent communication and stakeholder management are essential.

Qualifications

9+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
Strong experience in the Financial Services domain.
Demonstrated track record of leveraging AI tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, Cursor, automation and analytics platforms) to improve productivity, analysis, documentation, and decision-making
Proven expertise in requirements gathering, business process analysis, and stakeholder management
Experience translating business needs into functional and technical requirements
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience working with cross-functional business and technology teams
Ability to drive process improvements and support successful project delivery
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building abilities
Ability to influence and collaborate across multiple teams and organizational levels
Critical thinking and a proactive approach to problem-solving
