Job summary

S-PRO is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to own the requirements lifecycle on client projects, bridging client, product, and engineering teams. You will lead discovery, shape requirements, and translate business needs into actionable specs for developers, including AI-enabled solutions.

In this role, you will drive client communication in English, work on fintech-focused projects, and operate with Jira/Confluence while reading designs in Figma.

Qualifications

• Strong client-facing experience and ability to drive discussions with clients.
• Deep fintech domain knowledge, understanding products, integrations and data flows.
• Experience with AI-enabled solutions and using AI in analysis work.
• Ability to speak the same language as developers and architects.
• 5+ years as a Business/Systems Analyst in custom software development, including leading on at least one project.

Responsibilities

• Drive the client communication — you lead the discussion in meetings.
• Lead discovery and refinement sessions with clients in English.
• Shape and challenge requirements and design solutions with the technical team.
• Join running projects, map existing artifacts, and bring documentation to a testable state.
• Write concise, testable specifications for developers with clear acceptance criteria.
• Turn unknowns into open questions with owners and pursue cost-effective answers.
• Support scope and ROM estimation with explicit assumptions and dependencies.
• Use AI as a working instrument in analysis and verify AI outputs before client delivery.
