Job summary

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, track risks and progress, and present findings to stakeholders. Requires 2+ years BA experience, English fluency, and a Bachelor's degree in a related field; Agile knowledge a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science or related field.
• 2+ years experience as a Business Analyst or similar role.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, attention-to-detail and documentation skills.
• Experience with requirements gathering and process mapping.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.
• Knowledge of Agile or Scrum is advantageous.
• Experience creating functional specifications, reports, dashboards, or process maps is helpful.
• Familiarity with accounting or finance applications is relevant.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
• Compare chatbot outputs and provide final assessments using defined criteria.
• Translate business needs into functional specifications and identify gaps in workflows, processes, and data.
• Create reports, dashboards, process maps, and related documentation.
• Support testing, implementation, and user acceptance testing.
• Coordinate with technical and cross-functional teams while tracking risks, dependencies, project progress, and KPIs.
• Present recommendations to stakeholders.
