Job summary

Insight Global is seeking an AI Business Analyst to work remotely. You will meet with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into user stories and technical documentation in Azure DevOps, contributing to AI solutions and product development.

Working in an Agile environment, you will support backlog management, assist with POCs, product enhancements, agent development, and solution deployment, while promoting Agile maturity across cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

8-10+ years of experience as a technical business analyst.
Experience supporting Scrum Master responsibilities.
Experience supporting the engineering of AI agents, solutions and products.
Proficient with Azure DevOps and Copilot.
Strong Agile knowledge across Scrum, SAFe and hybrid approaches.
Proven ability to write user stories and technical documentation.
Proficient with PowerPoint and Excel for executive presentations.

Responsibilities

Meet with stakeholders to gather requirements.
Create user stories and technical documentation in Azure DevOps for AI solutions.
Contribute to development efforts for AI solutions using Azure AI Foundry.
Support backlog management and Agile processes for related requests.
Assist with POCs, product enhancements, agent development and deployment.
Develop technical documentation and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Support Agile maturity initiatives and process improvements.
