Job summary

Career Certified is seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst to join the FP&A/RevOps family in a remote US capacity. You will build dashboards, reconcile data, and deliver actionable insights across finance and operations using SQL, BI tools, and AI-assisted workflows.

The ideal candidate has 2–4 years in data analytics, FP&A support, or BI roles, with strong SQL, Excel, and a knack for translating stakeholder questions into clear analyses. Remote work with minimal travel is available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative, business, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 2–4 years of data, analytics, BI, or FP&A support experience; internships or projects count.
• Strong SQL, data modeling, and reporting experience in a BI platform.

Responsibilities

• Query our cloud data lake using SQL and AI-assisted tooling to answer business questions and produce inputs behind recurring reporting.
• Build and maintain recurring reports, dashboards, and KPI trackers across finance and operations.
• Embed AI into reporting using Claude and Copilot to automate data prep and accelerate analysis.
• Own data integrity across reporting and reconcile figures to source systems.
• Deliver insights and present results clearly to stakeholders and leadership.
