Job summary

Serco Inc. is seeking a Senior Level Financial Manager to support the AFLCMC/WAG Special Programs Division at Tinker AFB, OK. You will oversee financial development, budget baselines, and forecasts for acquisition programs, coordinating with DCAA and other agencies.

The role requires SAP/SCI experience and a SECRET clearance with potential TOP-SECRET/SCI access. Qualifications include a 15-year DoD-related background with a Bachelor’s and 10 years with a Master’s; travel up to 10% CONUS.

Qualifications

• Active SECRET clearance (with ability to obtain TS/SCI) or current within past 5 years
• Bachelor’s Degree with 15+ years relevant DoD/government/contractor experience
• Master’s Degree with 10+ years relevant DoD/government/contractor experience
• Minimum 3 years SAP or SCI experience within last 8 years
• Travel up to 10% (CONUS)

Responsibilities

• Provide financial and budget development support for all phases of the PPBE process.
• Develop financial baselines and budgetary documentation; forecast obligations/expenditures.
• Assist in developing acquisition program information and prepare briefings.
• Perform accounting data reconciliation and program reviews; manage unliquidated obligations.
• Provide PMA analysis and budgeting for PMBs and related tasks.
• Assist in planning acquisition strategies; track milestones and maintain databases.
• Research funds reconciliation from DoD databases (e.g., Wide Area Workflow, ABSS, CCaRS).
• Perform EVMS and schedule analysis support; coordinate audits.
• Participate in contract reconciliation and closeout; interpret DoD/DFAS guidelines.
