Job summary

Serco is seeking a Senior Level Financial Manager to support the AFLCMC/WAG program at Tinker AFB, OK. You will lead budget development, financial analysis, and PMA tasks across PPBE processes, fostering coordination with government databases for accurate accounting and reporting.

The role requires an active SECRET clearance (TS/SCI possible) and significant DoD financial experience. Travel up to 10% may be required; a BA/BS and an advanced degree are expected.

Qualifications

• Active SECRET clearance or ability to obtain TS/SCI.
• Bachelor's degree with 15+ years DoD/government experience.
• Master's degree with 10+ years DoD/government experience.
• Minimum 3 years SAP or SCI experience in last 8 years.
• Willingness to travel up to 10% (CONUS).

Responsibilities

• Provide financial and budget development support for all PPBE phases: funds management, funds status, prime contract data, and funds control.
• Develop financial baselines and budget documentation; forecast obligations/expenditures for acquisition programs.
• Assist in developing program information, conduct budget/financial analyses, coordinate staff, and present briefings.
• Provide reconciliation of accounting data; prepare program reviews and disposition of unliquidated obligations.
• Perform PMA analysis; manage budgeting tasks across the full range of PMB activities.
• Plan and develop acquisition strategies; forecast, review obligations/expenditures, and maintain PMBs.
• Research funds reconciliation using DoD government databases (WAWF, ABSS, CCaRS, CRIS, DTS, FMSuite).
• Support EVMS and schedule analysis; coordinate audits with DCAA and other agencies.
• Participate in contract reconciliation and contract closeout efforts.
• Interpret DoD and DFAS guidelines in finance and accounting contexts.
