Job summary

Serco is seeking a Senior Level Financial Manager to support the AFLCMC/WAG Special Programs Division at Tinker AFB, OK. This role requires an active SECRET clearance with the potential for TOP-SECRET/SCI and involves budgeting, financial analysis, and program management support for DoD programs.

Qualifications

• Active SECRET security clearance with ability to obtain TOP-SECRET/SCI
• 15+ years of relevant DoD/government experience with finance/budgeting
• Minimum 3 years of SAP or SCI experience within last 8 years
• Ability to travel up to 10% (CONUS)

Responsibilities

• Provide financial and budget development support for all PPBE phases
• Develop financial baselines and budgetary documentation; forecast obligations/expenditures
• Conduct budget/financial analysis; prepare and present briefings
• Coordinate audits/reconciliations with DoD and government agencies
• Support EVMS and schedule analysis; assist in acquisition strategy planning
