Serco Inc. is seeking a Senior Level Financial Manager to support the AFLCMC/WAG Special Programs Division at Tinker AFB, OK. The role focuses on budgeting, financial analysis, and program execution for DoD acquisition programs in a secure environment.

The candidate should have active security clearances, advanced degrees, SAP/SCI experience, and strong EVMS and PMA capabilities. Travel up to 10% (CONUS) is required and EEO commitments apply.

Qualifications

• Active SECRET security clearance (or equivalent) with potential for TS/SCI access.
• Bachelor’s Degree in business administration, management, accounting, finance, or economics.
• Master’s Degree in business administration, management, accounting, finance, or economics.
• Minimum 3 years of SAP or SCI experience within the last 8 years.
• Ability to travel up to 10% (CONUS).

Responsabilités

• Provide financial and budget development support for all phases of the PPBE process.
• Develop financial baselines and budgetary documentation; forecast obligations and expenditures.
• Assist in program information development, conduct budget/financial analysis, and prepare briefings.
• Reconcile accounting data and prepare program reviews; disposition unliquidated obligations.
• Perform PMA analysis; manage budgeting and execution tasks.
• Assist in planning acquisition strategies and PMBs; track milestones and databases.
