Job summary

Serco Inc. is seeking a Senior Level Financial Manager to support the AFLCMC/WAG Special Programs Division at Tinker AFB, OK. This role requires an active SECRET clearance with potential for TS/SCI and DoD budgeting/execution experience.

You will lead financial baselines, funds management, and EVMS activities across acquisition programs, coordinate audits, and help develop acquisition strategies. Travel up to 10% CONUS may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with DoD, other government agency, or DoD contractor experience
• Minimum 3 years SAP or SCI experience within last 8 years
• Active SECRET clearance with potential for TS/SCI access
• Ability to travel up to 10% (CONUS)

Responsibilities

• Provide financial and budget development support for all phases of the PPBE process.
• Develop financial baselines and budgetary documentation for acquisition programs.
• Assist in acquisition program information, conduct budget/financial analysis, and prepare briefings.
• Reconcile accounting data and prepare program reviews, including unliquidated obligations.
• Provide PMA analysis and manage budgeting and execution tasks.
• Plan and develop acquisition strategies and PMBs; track milestones and maintain databases.
• Research funds reconciliation using government databases and support EVMS.
• Perform EVMS and schedule analysis; coordinate audits with DCAA and others.
• Support contract reconciliation and closeout efforts; interpret DoD/DFAS guidelines.

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in business administration, management, accounting, finance, or economics

Master’s Degree in business administration, management, accounting, finance, or economics

Active SECRET security clearance
