Job summary

Serco Inc. is seeking a Senior Level Financial Manager to support the AFLCMC/WAG Special Programs Division at Tinker AFB, OK.

You will manage budgets, perform financial analyses, and coordinate DoD program financial activities across PPBE, PMA, and contract reconciliations. The role requires an active SECRET clearance with potential for SAP/SCI access, a top-tier DoD finance background, and the ability to travel up to 10% CONUS.

Qualifications

• Active SECRET clearance with recent BI and ability to obtain SAP/SCI access.
• Bachelor's degree required; 15+ years DoD/government program experience.
• Master's degree preferred; 10+ years relevant DoD/government contractor experience.
• 3 years SAP/SCI experience within last 8 years.
• Willingness to travel up to 10% CONUS.

Responsibilities

• Provide financial and budget development support for all PPBE phases.
• Develop baselines, obligations, and expenditure forecasts for programs.
• Prepare and present briefings and program information.
• Reconcile accounting data and prepare status reports.
• Support PMA analysis and full budgeting/execution tasks.
• Plan acquisition strategies, PMBs, and pre/post-award documents.
• Research funds reconciliation in DoD databases (WAWF, ABSS, CCaRS, CRIS, DTS).
• Perform EVMS and schedule analysis support.
• Coordinate audits by DCAA and other agencies.
• Participate in contract reconciliation and closeout efforts.
• Interpret DoD/DFAS guidelines for finance and accounting.
