Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or relevant field.
• Minimum of two (2) years accounting/finance experience.

Responsibilities

• Financial Reporting: Assist in preparing financial statements following GAAP and SOX adherence.
• Internal Controls: Implement and monitor control procedures to minimize errors and fraud; support audits.
• Compliance: Ensure compliance with applicable accounting regulations and reporting requirements.
• Finance Operations: Support site finance leader actions including all closing and accounting activities.
• Data Analysis: Analyze financial data to identify trends and issues for management decisions.
• Partnership: Communicate financial information between operations and global support centers; drive actions from data insights.
• Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline accounting processes and enhance efficiency.
• Participate in MESH trainings and comply with site policies.
