Eaton's Regional Controllership division is seeking a Senior Accounting and Controls Analyst in the United States for the Boyd Acquisition. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or relevant field.
• Minimum of two (2) years accounting/finance experience.
• Eaton will not sponsor immigration for this position.
• No relocation benefit; candidates within 50 miles of an Eaton site will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Financial Reporting: Support preparation of financial statements following GAAP and SOX adherence.
• Internal Controls: Implement and monitor control procedures to minimize errors, fraud, and misstatements.
• Compliance: Ensure compliance with applicable accounting regulations and reporting requirements.
• Finance Operations: Support Site Finance Leader actions including all closing and accounting activities.
• Data Analysis: Analyze financial data to identify trends and potential issues.
• Partnership: Communicate financial information between operations and global support centers; drive actions from data.
• Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline accounting processes and enhance efficiency.
