Job summary

Eaton Senior Accounting and Controls Analyst role in the Regional Controllership team focuses on accurate financial reporting, robust internal controls, and compliance with accounting standards. The position supports the Boyd Acquisition sites and requires collaboration between site operations and global support centers.

Ideal candidates will have a bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance and at least two years of accounting/finance experience.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
At least 2 years accounting/finance experience.
No visa sponsorship or relocation benefits offered.
Candidates must reside within 50 miles of an Eaton site.

Responsibilities

Financial reporting in accordance with GAAP and SOX adherence.
Implement and monitor internal controls to minimize errors and fraud.
Ensure compliance with applicable accounting regulations and reporting requirements.
Support site finance leader actions including closing and accounting activities.
Analyze financial data to identify trends and inform management decisions.
Communicate financial information between operations and global support centers.
Identify opportunities to streamline accounting processes and improve reporting methods.
Participate in MESH trainings and comply with site policies.
