Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or relevant field.
• A minimum of two (2) years accounting/finance experience.
• No immigration sponsorship or work authorization support is offered.
• Candidates must reside within 50 miles of an Eaton site.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and support financial statements per GAAP and SOX compliance.
• Implement and monitor internal controls to minimize errors and fraud.
• Ensure compliance with applicable accounting regulations and reporting requirements.
• Support Site Finance Leader actions including closing and accounting activities.
• Analyze financial data to identify trends and issues for management.
• Communicate financial information between operations and global support centers.
• Identify and implement process improvements in reporting and automation.
• Participate in MESH trainings and comply with site policies.
