Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or relevant field.
• A minimum of two (2) years accounting/finance experience.

• No relocation benefit is offered; candidates must reside within the immediate area of Woburn or Billerica, MA (50 miles).

Responsibilities

• Financial Reporting: Support preparation of financial statements following GAAP, SOX adherence, local statutory/tax compliance, and other standards.
• Internal Controls: Implement and monitor control procedures to minimize errors, fraud, and misstatements; ensure proper segregation of duties.
• Compliance: Ensure compliance with accounting regulations and reporting requirements and stay updated on standards changes.
• Finance Operations: Support Site Finance Leader actions including closing and accounting activities.
• Data Analysis: Analyze financial data to identify trends and inform management decisions.
• Partner with operations and global support centers to communicate financial information effectively.
• Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline accounting processes and enhance reporting and automation.
• Participate in MESH trainings and comply with site policies.
