Job summary

Eaton's Regional Controllership is seeking a Senior Accounting and Controls Analyst to join the Regional Controller team in Wisconsin. The role supports financial reporting, maintains SOX compliance, and implements robust internal controls for the new Boyd Acquisition sites.

It emphasizes accuracy, process improvement, and collaboration with operations and global support centers to drive data-driven actions. Manufacturing or controls experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or relevant field.
• A minimum of two (2) years accounting/finance experience.
• Eaton will not sponsor CPT/OPT/STEM OPT or similar visa programs.
• No relocation benefit; candidates within 50 miles of an Eaton site preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support preparation of financial statements following GAAP and SOX adherence.
• Implement and monitor internal control procedures to prevent errors and fraud.
• Ensure compliance with accounting regulations and reporting requirements.
• Support Site Finance Leader actions including all closing and accounting activities.
• Analyze financial data to identify trends and inform management decisions.
• Collaborate with operations and global support centers to share financial information.
• Identify opportunities to streamline accounting processes and automation.
• Participate in MESH trainings and follow site policies.
