Job summary

Eaton’s Regional Controllership division is seeking a Senior Accounting and Controls Analyst to support the Regional Controller team for the Boyd Acquisition. The role focuses on accurate financial reporting, SOX compliance, and robust internal controls to safeguard assets and prevent fraud.

You will work with site finance leaders to close books, analyze financial data, and drive improvements in reporting methods and automation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance required.
• Minimum 2 years accounting/finance experience.
• No immigration sponsorship or CPT/OPT/STEM OPT support.
• Relocation not offered; candidates must reside within 50 miles of an Eaton site.

Responsibilities

• Support preparation of financial statements under GAAP and SOX adherence.
• Implement and monitor internal controls to minimize errors and fraud.
• Ensure compliance with applicable accounting regulations and reporting requirements.
• Support site finance closing and accounting activities.
• Analyze financial data to identify trends and potential issues.
• Collaborate with operations and global support centers to convey financial information.
